October 2nd-3rd, Pine Rivers Yoga Cashmere North Brisbane
Over this two day workshop, we will explore how built-up stress limits our well being, and takes away our natural vitality. Senior yoga teacher Flo Fenton will share some tools on how we can both let go of accumulated stress, and also increse our energy levels through judicious yoga practice.
Saturday October 2nd
10am-1pm
Meditation, breathing techniques and asana practice to help access and observe how stress may have built up in the body and the mind.
1pm-2.30pm Lunch
A delicious vegetarian lunch and tea, coffee and juice is provided. Relax in the gorgeous garden setting of Pine Rivers Yoga
2.30-4.00/4.30pm
Restorative practice using specific techniques to let go of stress.
Sunday October 3rd
10am-1pm
Meditation, breathing techniques and asana practice to help access and enliven our natural vitality.
1pm-2.30pm Lunch
A delicious vegetarian lunch and tea, coffee and juice is provided. Relax in the gorgeous garden setting of Pine Rivers Yoga
2.30-4.00/4.30pm
Balancing practice using techniques to harmonise the subtle energies of the body, leaving us feeling 'whole'.
‘When we have a balanced practice, which supports the physical body but also brings harmony to the mind, magic happens. Instead of merely 'doing yoga' we begin to live yoga'.
