Weekly Classes, Suffolk Park

Location; Suffolk Park Community Hall cnr. Alcorn and Clifford Sts.

Tuesday and Thursday 5-6.30pm

Saturday 10am-12pm (Resuming July 31st.)

Cost; $15.00 casual/$65.00 for five classes.

All classes flowing dynamic vinyasa/hatha blend. Suffolk Park Hall has timber floors, and is within range of the soothing sounds of the ocean. Equipment provided.
